Talent Development
Bell encourages and supports our employees’ personal and professional growth in the hope that they build a long career at Bell. Performance management is ongoing, and feedback and reviews are both formal and informal. We conduct annual performance reviews that discuss personal and professional growth, with goals and targets for the future, and additional training and learning opportunities are planned based on performance. Bell strives to provide new employees with the tools they need to be successful from their first day on the job, with orientation and a more formal onboarding program that lasts 90-180 days.
Bell reimburses 100 percent of the costs for qualified degree programs so that employees can further develop their skills. We have apprenticeship programs and professional certifications for flavorists and perfumers, which helps employees transition into full-time positions at Bell.
