Bell LATAM is proud to announce the hire of Walter Wilde as Account Manager for Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras & Belize. Walter has 20 years of experience in the flavor and food industry. He began his career as an Account Manager and carried the responsibilities for multiple distributors. After six years as an Account Manager, Walter continued his career as a Regional Sales Manager in Mexico and then moved to Texas as a Business Development Manager with a variety of well-known brands under his wings. He has also worked in the food industry as General Manager of the Sweet business units, where he had responsibilities for Stevia development in different regions of North America and LATAM.
Fabiana Escobar was recently hired at Bell Flavors in Brazil as Bell’s new Director of Commercial. She has an extensive background within the flavors industry working for well-known organizations in the technical sales and sales management field over the past 20 years of her career. Fabiana has a BS in Chemical Engineering and a master’s degree in Marketing. Michael Natale, Managing Director of Bell Mexico & Vice President LATAM, states, “We are very excited to have her leading our commercial team as she knows the Brazilian market and preferences very well!”
Bell Canada is pleased to announce the hiring of Genevieve Dubé to the position of Marketing Specialist. Geneviève holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Laval University, where she graduated in 2012. During her career, she has worked as a Business Development and Technical Sales role for a distributor of specialty ingredients servicing the food industry for 5 years. She was responsible for the national business development and technical sales and marketing.
Bell is also proud to announce the hiring of Styve Lévesque to the position of Business Development Manager for fragrances based in Quebec. Styve will be contributing to the development and success of a business strategy for our fragrance market. He has more than fifteen years of experience as Sales Representative in food, personal care and industries/household & cleaning.
Karen Pérez has been promoted to the position as Marketing Manager for Bell’s Mexico location. Karen joined Bell in March of 2015 as a Marketing Coordinator working on both flavors and fragrances. Within her position, she published four articles in a trade magazine called “Perfumería Moderna” and has cultivated fragrance workshops for both Mexico and Colombia locations. Karen has knowledge within the development of marketing strategies and new product launches, market research, tradeshows and branding. She majored in Marketing from the University of Guadalajara. Cecilia Paredes, General Director for Bell Mexico, says “We really believe that we made the best decision promoting her to Marketing Manager. We are so happy with her and her performance, her development, her commitment with Bell and her attitude. In her new position as Marketing Manager, she is going to be in charge of managing the brand in Mexico through the development and implementation of strategies to continue positioning the brand and further generating value for the company.”
