Bell Flavors and Fragrances is proud to announce the promotion of Diego Navia and Cecilia Paredes, as well as the retirement of Hildemaro Montejo in Bell LATAM.
Diego Navia was recently promoted to Director General of South & Central America & Caribbean (SCC). In this new role, Diego will oversee ten countries and help develop Bell branding and business effectively over the SCC region. Diego has been working at Bell since 1997, starting his career as a sales representative in Colombia, before moving on to play a large part in developing marketing and sales strategies. Most recently, he was the General Manager of Bell Colombia, and has helped developed this location to be a regional player for Bell.
Cecilia Paredes was recently promoted to Deputy General Manager of Bell Mexico. Cecilia’s new responsibilities will be to oversee the day-to-day operations in flavors and fragrances and the respective budgeting expenses. She will also be closely involved in hiring and customer liaison to ensure the highest level of customer service not only for Bell customers but also for Bell’s human personnel. Cecilia had 24 years of experience in various companies, where she gained much knowledge and different perspectives of the world and has been working at Bell Mexico for the past 6 years.
Hildemaro Montejo has recently retired from Bell Flavors and Fragrances. He joined Bell in 1994 as the Director of Sales for LATAM (South America, Central America and the Caribbean Islands) and continued serving in this role for 22 years. In this position, Hildemaro was responsible for the commercial development of all countries (excluding Colombia) in LATAM. He was also instrumental in Bell’s initial growth in the region and provided valua
ble counsel in the setting up of sales offices around the region. A loyal and devoted Bell employee who was respected by many of his coworkers, Hildemaro has built a strong foundation for Bell Flavors and Fragrances’ growth in LATAM. Bell wishes him all the best with his future pursuits.
