 Citrus Concentrates Citrus Juice Drinks are one of the most important categories in the Beverage Industry. As with most natural products the quality of the fruit will change during the growing season, from early to mid-season to late-season, the fruit develops varying Flavor profiles. Producing products that are uniform and therefore acceptable to the consumer is often accomplished with the addition of natural citrus concentrates. We have a long tradition in the processing of citrus oils to produce concentrates. Since the beginning of the 1930's when we first developed a non-thermal, counter-current process to remove the unstable terpenes, we have produced Flavor oils of the highest quality and the richest taste.
